Shipping

Orders ship by USPS within two business days. Shipping is $5.99 flat, and free on orders over $75. We ship to US addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO, and we'll email tracking when your order leaves. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Returns and exchanges

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and unwashed, for a refund or a different size. Email us your order number and what you'd like; we'll send instructions and make it right. Custom and department orders are made to order and can't be returned, but if we got something wrong, we fix it.

Terms

Prices are in US dollars and can change between drops; the price at checkout is the price. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Designs, the PRECINCT wordmark, and the Precinct Block lettering are ours and aren't licensed for reproduction. Agency seals and emblems on custom orders are printed only with written authorization from the organization, which the person ordering confirms they have.

Privacy

We collect what it takes to fill your order: name, shipping address, email, and phone for delivery questions. Stripe processes payment and keeps the card details. If you join the roll-call list, we email you about new drops and nothing else, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or share your information with anyone except the carriers and services that get your order to you.
